Hi Bde1177. You can still use this unit without a water line, though you would not be able to use your dispenser or icemaker until it is hooked up to a water line. The unit will still cool as normal so long as it is plugged in. We hope that this helps! Please stay safe.

Yes, the refrigerator will still work just fine without a water line, it won’t be able to give you water or ice but it will still work as a regular refrigerator until you can get a water line up. (This is currently what I’m doing as well!)
