When the delivery staff called to let us know they were on their way to make our delivery, they even offered to remove the food from our existing refrigerator so the food did not have to sit out of refrigeration and possibly spoil! EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

No. We had it delivered and installed. The days of my hauling a fridge around or installing it are over. I am 82! We were happy with the delivery and installation and with the new fridge.
