Hello- We appreciate your interest in our Side-By-Side Refrigerator. This is an excellent model but it shouldn't be listed as a counter depth model. It will fit in a 33" space though. The case depth without the door is 28 1/2 and the case depth with the door, but without the handle is 32 3/4. When adding the handle the depth is 34 3/4. If you are wanting a true Counter-Depth model, please take a look at GZS22IYNFS. It's a little smaller at 21.8 vs 23.0 Cubic.
