    • Answer Hello there! Thanks for your question. Part number PBX10W00Y0 is a ConnectPlus and is an accessor for this unit. The ConnectPlus connects select GE Appliances to the internet enabling remote, monitoring, control and notifications.     • Answer Hi Vishnu, thanks for reaching out! Your warranty for your appliance begins from the date of original purchase. After you install your refrigerator, we would recommend waiting for 24 hours for the interior of the unit to reach the proper temperature before beginning to store food inside of the unit.   • QuestionWe have a stainless steel microwave, dishwasher, and oven. Reviews said this stainless steel model shows lots of fingerprints. Might the slate match my stainless? I like the black, but think the black would make my kitchen too dark.

  • QuestionHow do I know I installed my water line properly? When I press the button to release water nothing comes out. We got it today! I bought a new stainless still line also. Yes,the water is on! Does it take a period of time For the water to start coming out?

    • Answer You need to prime the line to get the air out of it. This is done by holding the water release for at least 30-45 seconds. The very first time you may see dark, uncleared water but it will eventually become clear.

    • Answer Hi Mona, We would be happy to help! The approximate dimensions for this model are as follows: Width: 35 3/4", Height: 69 7/8", Depth: 35 7/8". Also, we are finding that this unit does have a Sabbath Mode. To enable and disable this mode, you need only press and hold the LOCK and LIGHT buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds.     • Answer Hi Lee the wattage of this fridge is 1,800 Watts. This power specs of this fridge is 120 Volts, 60Hz, 15 Amps, This may seem like a really high number. Usually when the compressor kicks on it starts at that wattage and then uses a lot less energy once the fridge gets down to temperature.
