“I have a Moen 87066SRS pull-down spray faucet. The wand does not have a conventional aerator, so will the dishwasher adapter still work? I believe I have to remove the wand to get access to any screw threads, and the hose threads look closer to 3/8".”

Hi - Thanks for considering GE® Convertible/Portable Dishwasher GSC3500DWW. The faucet adapter is designed to fit standard spouts having internal or external threads. You will find the adapter and two washers in the faucet adapter packet in the dishwasher. If the faucet adapter threads do not match your faucet spout, your local hardware or plumbing supply store normally has additional fittings to adapt the spout to the special faucet adapter. Unless you can convert the faucet to put the adapter on it will not work.
