“To the Manufacturer. When we softly close the doors of our new GE Profile Model GE PFE28KMKES they swing back open. We have to slam the doors and this is a real pain. Can the doors be closed without slamming them?”

The refrigerator should be firmly positioned on the floor and front raised just enough that the doors close easily when opened less than 90 degrees. At 90 degrees or more, the door will remain still or swing open.
