Hi Bin- We are sorry to hear of the difficulty with the ice dispenser and glad to help. If no ice is dispensed, remove the ice bucket and check for clumps of ice stuck together. The clumps can usually be pulled from the bucket and discarded. Infrequent use of the icemaker can cause these ice clumps. If the bucket is blocked or iced up near where the ice comes out, you can empty the ice from the bucket and run hot water through it until all ice is melted. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Make sure both top doors are shut to dispense ice/water. I kept getting tripped up by this.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Sometimes, a piece of ice gets caught in The dispensing door and Causes it to remain open, which allows ice to melt and become one big piece of ice which clogs the dispensing tube. Then the little ice cubes won’t be able to come through because there’s ice frozen in the hole. You can take the ice cube receptacle box out of the door and look down into the hole to see if there is ice clogging the chute. If so, a hair dryer will melt the ice. Do not try to chip it out was something sharp because your scarf or break the plastic in the chute. Once you have the shoot cleared, empty all the ice out of the receptacle because it will have melted while you have the freezer door open. Replace the receptacle and it should make ice and then dispense it. One other thing that may be preventing the ice from dispensing is if it did indeed melt in the box and the bottom of the box is all melted ice hit also will not allow the ice to dispense. You may start with that as it’s a little easier to empty out the box and tell if the ice is melted And then refrozen together as one big piece of ice.
