I have a large closet under the stairs where I put my wine cooler. The temp can reach up to 80 degrees since there is no AC duct there which is why I was looking for a compressor model. Would this GE model work well there?. null

I would think so. It will give off should heat as every refrigerator does. But it is small and doesn't seem to run much.

Hi Rob4TX- Yes, GE® Wine Center GWS04HAESS will operate in the mentioned area. Per the installation Instructions, do not install where the temperature will go below 55F or above 90F.
