“what is the ACTUAL length/width of the drop-in portion. I show the cutout requires 28 1/2", but is that the actual length of the drop-in portion? My current unit requires a cutout of 28 5/16, and I can't take it out to measure the actual length.”

• I know the cutout, but dinnertime the ACTUAL unit is a little smaller than the cutout. Anyone know the ACTUAL size?

• The cutout dimensions are 28.5"W x 19-5/8"D and the surface of the cooktop measures 30"W x 21"D.
