A:AnswerLove the refrigerator. I do know that if your garage temperature goes below freezing the freezer does not run, however the food stays frozen. I keep the freezer pretty full and the only things I don’t leave in the freezer is ice cream. The refrigerator stays very cold, beverages are very cold all year round. Just monitor what you put in the freezer during the 3 colder months of the winter ( I live in PA.) and you’ll be fine. I recommend this refrigerator as a good buy.
A:AnswerThere is no option that will do all you are asking. It requires temps greater than 38F for the fridge to work properly and usually above greater than 45 for the freezer to work. There is no "heat" mode on refrigerators to prevent items from freezinf in the fridge at temps below 32F.
A:AnswerIt's not a matter of GFCI as much as having all of those items on the same circuit drawing too much power or causing a surge that will "trip" your circuit, causing no power and making all of the food go bad! I would have the refrigerator on it's own dedicated circuit, or one that doesn't have other appliances that use a lot of power.
I'm not an electrician, but I believe any electrician would advise against putting it on the same circuit that you mentioned.

A:AnswerHi - Thank you for this great question and for your interest in this lovely GEA refrigerator. While the wide door bin will certainly hold the weight of 4 gallon containers of milk, 4 gallons jugs would not physically fit on that shelf. You could likely fit three. The photo to which you're referring shows 2 gallon jug containers and 2 2L bottles of soda with a little room to spare. We're confident this refrigerator will make a great addition to your home. All our best! Vikki@GEA
