“Can you completely remove the bottom-most refrigerator drawers without needing to open the main refrigerator door more than 90 degrees? Or does the door need to swing the full 155 degrees to remove them? The drawings are unclear”

The door does have to be fully opened to remove the drawers in the bottom of the refrigerator. You will need 55" for full clearance.
