A:AnswerUsually when you add on a professional installation for your appliance, they would remove the old one and most often haul it away. But you can confirm again with your store.

A:AnswerBest buy charges based on what color you buy. The photos you have show two different colors which are gray and black. Therefore they are priced differently.
A:AnswerAn electrical kit is not required for this stove. It already comes with a gas regulator and electrical power cord pre-installed. IF you need to have an electrical outlet installed nearby, then that is a separate issue that an electrician should do. There is no electrical kit, power cord comes with the stove.
A:AnswerNot sure what you mean by sealed. They look like any other gas burners that are currently being sold in the stores. If you are referring to the open concept of the 1980s and 1990s , no they don't look like that
A:AnswerHi Babbagene. Thanks for reaching out to us. If your cooktop is moving while it is installed in your counter, we would recommend reaching out to your installer to come back out to check the installation of the unit. We hope that this helps and that you're staying safe.
A:AnswerHi building. Thanks for reaching out to us. If you're wanting to convert your cooktop from Natural Gas to LP, you would need to use the LP Conversion Kit that comes with that cooktop. If you're having issues performing that conversion, we would recommend reaching out to a qualified gas installer for more help. We hope that this helps! Stay safe.
A:AnswerHi wawa - We have good news! All of our gas cooking appliances come ready to be connected to natural gas and also come with an LP conversion kit to connect to LP (Liquid Propane). The conversion instructions are located in the wiring diagram (mini-manual) and are included with the LP kit attached to the appliance near the pressure regulator. We recommend a qualified installer or servicer convert the gas cooktop to the proper gas supply needed. The conversion must be in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and all codes and requirements of the authority having jurisdiction. We’d love to have you in the family. Keep in touch at GEAppliances.com. Sue

A:AnswerI don't see a problem with the fan above, just feel better about an outside exhaust. As for an oven under, the problem I see is getting to the gas supply and cooktop electrical connection. Our cooktop has a downdraft exhaust so that would be another problem for us.

A:AnswerHi Laura- Thanks for viewing! The height of the grates are designed to provide optimal heating while also maintaining burner efficiency and safety. This cooktop is equipped with a 15,000 BTU Power Boil burner (Left Front) that delivers high heat for fast boiling and a 5,000 BTU Precise Simmer Burner (Left Rear) so delicate items don't burn with low, even heat. You should be pleased with your choice. Keep in touch! Sue
