“My counter top is 48 inch in height.This range has height of 46 inch 1/4. Can the height be adjusted? Is the oven height included the gap on the bottom?”

Hi there - Great question! This range can be adjusted 1/4" up using the leveling legs. The 46 1/4" height is from the top of the backsplash of the unit to the floor. The height from the cooktop to the floor is 36". Additional dimensions can be found on our website by searching the model and looking at the Quick Specs page.
