The flame height on your cooktop can be adjusted using the burner control knob. To adjust the flame, push the knob in and turn it to the LITE position to ignite the burner. Once the burner is lit, continue turning the knob to increase or decrease the flame to your desired setting. For best results and safety, adjust the flame based on the cookware size. The flame should match the bottom of the pan, as a flame larger than the cookware will not heat faster and can create unnecessary heat around the cookware.
