“I just recently had to replace a counter top slate GE microwave that was installed with a trim kit. I replaced it with the newer comparable Model #: PES7227ELES and the existing trim kit does not fit. I wanted to confirm if this trim kit would work?”

Model #: PES7227ELES is designed for countertop use. This model is not compatible with a trim kit. We suggest GE Profile™ 2.2 Cu. Ft. Built-In Sensor Microwave Oven Model #: PEB7227ANDD.
