No, not all of the shelves have stops.

The wooden shelves in the beverage and wine center are removable for easy cleaning and for storing larger items. To remove a shelf, the door should be opened completely to avoid potential damage to the shelf. Then, you'll lift the shelf slightly and pull it forward (the shelf fits tightly in the track).
