Refrigerator leveling legs are stuck and do not move. I checked the installation guide. They simply do not work as described in the guide.

If you have followed the instructions in your Use and Care Manual on how to adjust the leveling legs, and you're still unable to get them to turn, we would suggest scheduling a service appointment to look into this.
