A:AnswerHello- We appreciate your interest in our Top-Mount refrigerator. This model has roller wheels on the front right and left. If you need to move the refrigerator you will turn the leveling legs at each front corner of the refrigerator counterclockwise until the rollers support the refrigerator. Pull the refrigerator straight out and return it to position by pushing it straight in. After rolling the refrigerator back into place, turn the legs clockwise until the legs again bear the weight of the refrigerator. We hope this is helpful! If you have any questions in the future, please let us know. We are happy to help! Joyce@GEA
A:AnswerHello and thanks for asking. The Garage-ready refrigerators have been designed and extensively tested for use in a garage environment, performing in ambient temperatures from 38°F to 110°F. It will not work properly when temperatures get below 38 degrees or above 110 degrees. We would not recommend placing or operating this refrigerator in a garage with temperatures below 38 degrees. Hope this helps. Geoff@GEA
A:AnswerHello,
Thank you for taking the time to reach out. We're more than happy to answer your question! The deli tray can be moved to the left side of the refrigerator. We hope this helps. Have a good day! Mike@GEA
A:AnswerHello there,
Thanks so much for reaching out. We're happy to help! A standard counter is 25 inches deep and the depth of this fridge is 34-1/2". To open the fridge to 90 degrees a width of 35-3/8" is needed. Since the refrigerator will stick out further than the cabinet and counting for the minimum of 1/8" clearance on each side, you should have no issues opening the door. You can also check out the spec sheet for more dimensions. https://files.bbystatic.com/nQLEej7qKR%2Bw7oGr6PRelA%3D%3D/a17f3a77-d788-49d6-82a7-c3d1241959ea.pdf. We hope this helps. Mike@GEA
A:AnswerHi Gayle - Thank you for your interest in a new GE refrigerator. The doors can be removed so the refrigerator can be moved through a 29" doorway. We would strongly encourage you to check with your local store associate to ensure the delivery and installation company will handle this for you due to the pandemic. The Installation Instructions which are made available through us at GE Appliances does explain how to go about removing the doors if needed to do so. We wish you all the best! Vikki@GEA
A:AnswerHello L,
Good question! We first want to congratulate you on your new GE Appliance. We appreciate your business, and would be happy to help you. We can assure you that the noise you're hearing is completely normal. This happens when the refrigerator is first plugged in after installation, when the doors are opened frequently or when a large amount of food is added to the refrigerator. The fans are helping to maintain the correct temperatures. For more troubleshooting information, use the following link to the owner's manual:

It's been a pleasure assisting you. Please let us know if there are any further questions or concerns. Have a wonderful day!

A:AnswerYou have to turn them. They are on a bolt that screws in and out. Frame design makes it kind of hard to get any tool under the refrigerator to get a grip on them if they have been screwed in tight, like mine is.
A:AnswerI also had difficulties removing the film. I worked from the inside edges to the outside of the doors. It just took some patience but was manageable.
A:AnswerHi - Thanks for considering GE! Garage-ready refrigerators are tested to perform in temperatures from 38 F to 110 F. You can have an extra refrigerator in your garage to stock up on your favorite foods. If you have any additional questions, do not hesitate to ask, we are happy to help at GEAppliances.com! Sue
A:AnswerModel GTS22KGNRWW is ready to be used in a garage, but you do not have to place it in a garage if you prefer not to. The refrigerator should be installed in an area where the temperature won’t go below 38°F and won’t go above 110°F. More information about the location requirements is available on page 10 of the manual; that can be viewed on the Best Buy product page for the model when you click the 'From the Manufacturer' section and scroll to the bottom. Regarding the LED lighting, that would need to be replaced by an authorized technician.
A:AnswerThe freezer in this refrigerator operates between -5 and +8 degrees F. To properly check the temperature, Use a bulb type or candy thermometer that is capable of measuring below zero degrees. Place the thermometer in between two packages of food that have been in the freezer for more than 24 hours as close to the middle of the freezer as possible and leave it there for at least three minutes. Putting the thermometer in ice cream that has been in the freezer for at least 12 hours is the best way to check the temperature. Ambient temperatures, direct sunlight, door openings, and low food load are all possible causes of a freezer not reaching proper temperatures.
