“I just purchased this. The window adaptor exhaust hose is not clicking in to the window set. The window kit has the locks on the inside facing. But I can’t get the hose to lock in place when it says lock clockwise it’s not staying and where does screw go?”

I shifted the adapter slightly right and the tabs then hold onto the window set.

We hate to hear you're having trouble with the installation of your exhaust hose, and know that must be an inconvenience. We would like to help. The exhaust hose adapter should be placed in the opening in the window kit and then slid into the locking position; you may want to try sliding the adapter slightly to lock it in. The small screw is then used to attach the exhaust hose assembly to the window sealing plate assembly. The complete installation instructions are available starting on page 11 of your use and care manual (the instructions for placing the exhaust hose in the window kit are on page 12 and come with a diagram).
