A:AnswerHi there, thanks for reaching out! We'd love to help. If you're wanting to store cheese in one of the drawers, we'd recommend either the top, Snack Drawer, or larger bottom drawer. The middle drawer is the only on that has the ability to control the humidity. We'd recommend, if your store veggies in the middle drawer, to set it to High.
