A:AnswerI had this problem and had the mother board changed. Also, the temperature sensors were changed, but still had the problem.
The fridge would not cool after 2 1/2 years, and they replaced it. The new one seems oK.
A:AnswerWe truly appreciate your interest in this beautiful refrigerator. To ensure the unit works properly, it should not be installed where the temperature drops below 60°F or goes above 100°F. We hope this helps. We’re happy to answer any additional questions you may have. -Gina@GEA
A:AnswerHey there. The total width with the doors open 90 degrees, handles included, is 44 5/8 inches. You’ll need 4 7/16 inches between the wall and refrigerator to open the door 90 degrees. We're here should you have any additional questions. Have a great day! -Gina@GEA
A:AnswerI don’t think so !!!
We just had a Dud refrigerator !!!!
Delivered, set up, plugger in.
We put our food and frozen foods in it. Next morning freezer temperature was 67 degrees. Called the number the delivery people left us. Tech came out in two days, and a bad computer in it !!!! They ordered a new one. Long story short, 3 weeks till we got a working one. Luckily our old one was working and transferred everything to it !!!!!! We had sold it on Marketplace and the buyer was nice enough to wait the 3 weeks to get it.
This is quite common I was told due to jostling around in transit.
Best Buy only sells the product !!!
The manufacturer ie GE or whomever is in charge of the QC.
A:AnswerHi, Thanks for your interest in our products! We aren't currently offering a refrigerator with the exact size and feature requirements you need. We're so sorry for the disappointing news. You may want to consider one of the bottom freezer models in the following comparison link. These models will fit your space requirements but don't have the ice and water dispenser: https://www.geappliances.com/compare/3301/3629/3240
Please let us know if you have any other questions. Thanks! - Sharon@GEA
