QuestionDoes anyone find that you have to crank the temp of the fridge to 34 in order to get down to an actual 37 degrees? If I set it to 37, the interior doesn't get below 40.

- Answer I had this problem and had the mother board changed. Also, the temperature sensors were changed, but still had the problem. The fridge would not cool after 2 1/2 years, and they replaced it. The new one seems oK.

QuestionHow long after installation does it take the freezer to cool down? Ours is not cooling yet, and the fridge is already getting cold. So we are concerned the freezer doesn't work.

QuestionSo we recently purchased the GFE28GYNFS model and had it installed. It makes such a loud noise when not making ice, but just running, Is that normal? Our previous GE didn’t do that until it was almost on it’s last leg. So you can imagine our concern.

QuestionMy brand new refrigerator's freezer is not working? It was just installed nothing is coming out of the vent? Could there be a button that needs to be pushed?

- Answer I don’t think so !!! We just had a Dud refrigerator !!!! Delivered, set up, plugger in. We put our food and frozen foods in it. Next morning freezer temperature was 67 degrees. Called the number the delivery people left us. Tech came out in two days, and a bad computer in it !!!! They ordered a new one. Long story short, 3 weeks till we got a working one. Luckily our old one was working and transferred everything to it !!!!!! We had sold it on Marketplace and the buyer was nice enough to wait the 3 weeks to get it. This is quite common I was told due to jostling around in transit. Best Buy only sells the product !!! The manufacturer ie GE or whomever is in charge of the QC.
