We apologize for the lack of detail for this appliance, but we are glad you made us aware of it. We are pleased to let you know our slide-in ovens will hold a turkey that is 24-26 lbs. We recommend that when cooking a turkey in any size oven, there should be a minimum of one inch air space on all sides: top, bottom, right, left and back wall.
