It comes set up for natural gas. The Quick Start Guide says it can be converted to propane but it must be done by a licensed propane installer.

Please try again later.Hi pops- All of our gas cooking appliances come ready to be connected to natural gas; however, they also come with an LP conversion kit to connect to LP (Liquid Propane). We recommend a qualified installer or servicer convert the gas range, wall oven, or cooktop to the proper gas supply needed. The conversion must be in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and all codes and requirements of the authority having jurisdiction. The conversion instructions are located in the wiring diagram (mini-manual) or included with the LP kit attached to the appliance near the pressure regulator. Thanks for choosing GE! Sue
