Has a glass every broke by it self. null

On my first range it did. We cooked on it and while eating dinner the top broke making a sound like it blew up. That was on my Whirlpool Range 6 months old. Because I had a hard time getting it repaired timely I got a regular GE range with coil burners and standard oven. We liked both just not happy with Whirlpool service rep. Stove unusable with answer of a month or more before he could get parts. I was in need of stove for fixing family dinner.
