I think so, I’ve used the back left tiny burner to simmer. I found the 1 setting is too low, but the 2/3 setting worked for a slower summer. But that was for a smaller pot. I’ve used the right side burners on 1-2 fir low simmers in medium size pots and pans and the power burner for my giant sauce pan. Let me know what you think.
