Q: QuestionWhat kind of oven cleaning system does this stove have?

• A:Answer Hi there, Dkjb - Great question! We're finding that this range has a steam clean option. During steam clean, the steam will loosen soil on the racks as well as the oven interior, which then can be wiped off with a soapy dishcloth. This feature is quicker, cooler and faster than self-clean. Thanks so much for checking! -Mikayla

Q: QuestionDoes the outside get hot to the touch when the oven is in use? We had a stove in our rental a year ago that looks similar to this and it would get SO HOT on the outside if the oven was on that bumping against would burn you.

• A:Answer No. The Best Buy team delivered the unit into the kitchen, removed all the packing material, and set it in place. I had to hook up the gas line myself. Every city and state is a little different though, Your state or city may permit the delivery guys to hook up the gas line but not Peoria, Illinois.
