QuestionHello, does the griddle that comes with this contain Teflon or any other PTFE or PFOA material that would be dangerous to birds? If so is there a different option to order another kind separately? Thank you for your help!

- Answer Cheap teflon that peels off almost immediately after the first couple of uses or scratches- in my case while cleaning the stove, one burner touched the edge of the griddle- that is all it took to scotch up the teflon and show the silver underneath. Flimsy.

- Answer The small rack is for the bottom of the oven. Sometimes I toast my bread in the bottom. The rack pulls in or out.
