“I just bought this on the 1st and used my griddle one time, after washing there seems to be oxidation after taken proper care when washing. Anyone else experienced this or know how to clean the oxidation off? This shouldn’t be normal”

Avoid scraping the griddle surface with metal utensils. Wash your griddle with dish soap and hot water. If necessary, scrub with a nonabrasive plastic pad. We recommend you review the "Griddle Precautions" section on pg. 20 of the Owner's Manual.
