“Does each burner have it's own grate? I'm just wondering how heavy it will be to clean in case not. Thanks!”

There are three grates: one on the left, one on the right, and a griddle in the middle. They aren't too heavy but they are cast iron so they aren't light. They can be awkward to clean depending on your sink configuration and size.
