Please try again later.Hi Kerri - When preheating, the oven's temperature display will show "100F" or "PrE" for preheat. 100° F is the lowest temperature shown in the display. The display will not change until the oven temperature, sensed by the oven sensor (located in the back of the oven), is 100 degrees F or greater. On many models, once the set temperature is reached, the oven will beep and the display will change to the set temperature. On Profile models, you will also see the temperature progress to the set point. Keep in touch! Sue
