Q: QuestionThe color stainless steel/gray- is it different then the regular stainless steel? I am wanting to get the whole set but it shows "stainless steel" is not an option.. only white, black and stainless steel/gray? Please advise.

• A:Answer See the specification. My oven stuck out more because the gas pipe is few inches away from back wall, so oven cannot be pushed to the closest to wall. Suggest call Best Buy people who will come and measure the space and suggest the size of appliance.

Q: QuestionCan I adjust the smallest burner to make a smaller flame for simmering? It is too high for a slow simmer.

• A:Answer I think so, I’ve used the back left tiny burner to simmer. I found the 1 setting is too low, but the 2/3 setting worked for a slower summer. But that was for a smaller pot. I’ve used the right side burners on 1-2 fir low simmers in medium size pots and pans and the power burner for my giant sauce pan. Let me know what you think.

• A:Answer The kit with instructions comes with the range. It is hanging on the rear on a screw. Warning the instructions are not very good. I am in the process of doing mine now. All I have left is the broiler burner.

• A:Answer Hi TigerLady -Thanks for reaching out to us regarding the non-stick griddle included with your range. For best performance, the griddle should be washed with dish soap and hot water. If necessary, scrub with a non-abrasive plastic pad. Do not clean the griddle in the self-clean cycle or in the dishwasher. Leaving the griddle burner on at Hi for an extended amount of time without food can damage the nonstick coating. Use only plastic, nylon, wooden utensils, or SilverStone kitchen tools to prevent marring of the coating. Never use knives or metal utensils with sharp points or cut food on the griddle.
