Q: QuestionHi I see the height is 471/4 but that’s the whole thing what is it to just the burners to match my counters . My counter is 36 inches

• A:Answer The overall height is 47-1/4” to the top of the backsplash. The height to the cooktop surface is a minimum of 35-5/8” (with leveling legs fully retracted) and a maximum height of 36-1/2” (with leveling legs fully extended). • A:Answer This model has a 4-pass hidden bake element at the bottom of the oven and a 4-pass broil element at the top. During Conventional Bake, heat comes from the bake and broil elements.

• A:Answer We do not recommend removing the handle from the door. However, the door can be removed as a whole following the instructions on page 29 of the manual. To view the manual, search the model number GRF600AVWW on the GE Appliances website and navigate to the Owner Support section.

Q: QuestionIs this both a convection range and a conventional oven. The GRF600AV?

• A:Answer The oven works as a convection oven. You don't choose the type of oven. When I bake in the oven, the pies don't crack in the middle like a conventional oven. Cookies brown evenly both tops and bottoms.

Q: QuestionDo you have to hook it up to a water supply if you don't plan on using the steam clean feature? Or is there an equivalent model you suggest that doesn't require a water hookup?

• A:Answer This model does not require a water line for installation, as the Steam Clean feature is enabled by pouring one cup of water onto the bottom of the oven. • A:Answer Yes. There's a Wifi button which has to be activated to connect to Wifi. By default it's NOT activated, rendering the range invisible to area networks. It will only be discoverable after Wifi is manually activated.

• A:Answer If you pull open the bottom drawer of the range, you should find a white tag on the left hand upright. The tag should give you a model number, serial number, and a color code for the range. The tag also says "FOE SERVICE AND SUPPORT: 800-GE-CARES" GE's Louisville plant should be able to tell you where the range was manufactured.
