“Since there is no bridge element is it possible to use an 11" x 20" griddle on this cooktop? (E.g. for making pancakes.)”

Hi Pete- The burner configuration on this model is not compatible with a griddle. We suggest to view our GE Profile™ Series 30" Slide-In Front Control Induction and Convection Range PHS930SLSS with two 8" 2500-watt synchronized elements.
