• Hi Barn - Touch the WARM pad and then START and the oven automatically heats up to approximately 175-180 degrees to keep cooked foods hot and ready to serve for up to 3 hours. The Warm function heats to 180 degrees to prevent food born bacteria growth. Thanks for choosing GE! Sue
