“Is the burner in the middle an elongated oval? Any problems with the burner knobs melting being so close? I currently have an LG that has fallen apart since the day we had it replaced a week after we received it. It's between this one and the Frigidare.”

The burner is oval, but still has good even heating. No issues with the knobs.
