Hi Decas - Thanks for choosing GE! We have good news. All of our gas cooking appliances come ready to be connected to natural gas and also come with an LP conversion kit to connect to LP (Liquid Propane). The LP kit is attached to the appliance near the pressure regulator. Keep in touch at GEAppliances.com. Sue

Yes It does Prob need. A professional guy to do it for you Over all great product my wife loves it
