“Just bought this range and the delivery man checked everything but on the convection mode the convection fan didn’t work even after reaching the desired temperature , what’s the problem?”

Hi Shvaradz - Thanks for reaching out to us and for choosing GE! The range offers Bake (traditional -no fan) and Convection Bake cooking modes. Be sure to choose Conv Bake. The fan will only run when the bake burner is off during the Conv Bake mode. The fan does not run when the bake burner is on and calling for heat. The fan will cycle on and off frequently; this is normal. Also, the fan will not run when the door is open. If it is not operating properly, please take advantage of your warranty and schedule a service appointment online at GEAppliances.com/service or call 1-800-GECares (1-800-432-2737).
