• Hey there, Thanks so much for taking the time to reach out. We're happy to answer your question! According to our sizing guide, a 70-pint model can work for a room up to 1400 sq. ft. while a 50-pint model can only go up to 1000. So as long as the room is no more than 1000 sq. ft. then a 50-pint model will work just fine. We hope this helps. Mike@GEA
