Hello - Thanks for reaching out about your dehumidifier. So sorry to hear that it's not collecting water and we're happy to help. Try resetting the dehumidifier by disconnecting power to the unit for 30 seconds and re-connecting the power. Then, set the control settings and see if the unit operates properly. If that doesn't resolve the issue, please make use of the warranty. Warranty details can be found on page 11 in the use and care manual.
