“Has anyone successfully installed this in a horizontal sliding window? Product measures 19 inches without the flaps and my window is only 20inches wide.... Trying tgo figure out how to jerryrig it to save some money.....”

I ended up buying this air conditioner and installing it in a 20 inch window. For anyone looking for something to fit a small window, this will totally work .... Just don't install the side flaps if you don't need them.

We do not recommend installing this model in a window that is not at least 25" wide and exactly 14-9/16" in height. For windows that open horizontally, we would recommend a portable unit that his more versatile exhaust options through the window. Keep in touch! - JB
