Hello, thank you for your inquiry. We are sincerely sorry you are experiencing difficulty with the display of your new air conditioner and certainly understand your frustration. If you are having difficulty seeing the display, we recommend you use our SmartHQ app to remotely control the temperature and settings of your unit. However, if you feel that your air conditioner's display is darker than what it should be, please don't hesitate to reach out to us so we can look into this further. You can’t see anything on display, than it’s so loud, it’s blowing way to strong and without control of air blow direction of anything… I want to return it but don’t have original box anymore so don’t know what to do. If you can, SEND IT BACK!
