• Hello, thank you for your question. The window panel for this air conditioner can be installed in a window with a minimum 20” (55.88 cm) to a maximum 46” (121.92 cm) opening. Additionally, it can be installed either vertically or horizontally, depending on your window configuration. • This unit works great. It extends vertical from 20 inches to 36 inches with both slides. Not knowing your window dimensions it's hard to give you an exact number. In my case I drew a line where the slide entered the exhaust oval,cut off the excess. Worked great for me. Good investment.
