“Can you set the timer for two different bake time for lower and upper oven at the same time”

• Yes you can set different cook times for the upper and lower separately and simultaneously, plus the regular timer at the same time (so you can have 3 timers going simultaneously). "Cook time" shuts the respective oven off when done; regular timer only counts time.
