Hello CAE, Great question! We appreciate your interest in GE Appliances, and we'd be happy to assist you with this range. We do apologize for this detail not being included in features. We know how stressful it can be browsing appliances and not knowing every feature. We found that this oven does not come equipped with a temperature probe. There is not a probe manufactured specifically for this model either. This allows the owner to purchase a thermometer or probe of their choice.
