• The middle only has the griddle. It doesn't come with a middle standard grate.

• You can buy a GRATE (not a copycat) from the GE store, as well as the large capacity AIR FRY BASKET made of stainless steel, both from the GE Store There is also a GRILL insert from GE store to switch out from the middle griddle. However, there are consumer reviews mentioning disliking it because it is aluminum. Fortunately, they were able to buy a fitted, non-GE branded cast iron version, i.e., on Amazon (don't forget to season it). I'd recommend buying all 3 accessories to enhance your cooking experience with this range.
