Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi there, congratulations on your new dishwasher. In addition, we're sorry everything was so wet after your first cycle. We know this must've been concerning and we're happy to help. You may have had Heated Dry set to Off. We suggest making sure to select Heated Dry. This option can be selected by pressing the Dry button once to illuminate the Heated light. This setting will greatly improve your dry performance for daily, regular or typical dishes. You can read more about the drying cycles on page 6 of your owner's manual here: https://files.bbystatic.com/VuA%2BRyPIwCaN3BZqXRd3KQ%3D%3D/0204E3F1-C56B-4F8A-9F41-FC401C5B2640.pdf - If the problems persist, please also try resetting your dishwasher controls by unplugging your unit for 2-3 minutes. Lastly, if this is all unhelpful, we recommend taking advantage of your warranty and scheduling service with a certified GE Appliances technician that will be able to accurately diagnose and repair your appliance. You can do so by calling GE Appliance Service at 1-800-GECares (1-800-432-2737). We hope this is useful information and we're wishing you the best. - GW
