“I need to replace the earlier model that was 11 3/16" high. The slot I need to put a new microwave is 24.5" wide, 12" high and 14" deep. I don't think your replacement model is going to fit as it is 12.1" high. Suggestions?”

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I bought the PEM31sfss model, which GE says is 12 1/8” high. But it FIT in my exactly 12” high cabinet. So this model really is not that height. On the other hand, we had to adjust the side self in our cabinet that was exactly 24” wide to accommodate this model. GE says it is 24” wide, so they are right about that. Finally, our cabinet is 12” deep. The microwave is deeper than that, but the feet do not extend past 12”. So the microwave extends past the cabinet, but it looks great.
