“I have the JEM31 which I bought in 2002. Sometimes it stops working and I have to unplug and replug it on to get it working again. I'm ready to replace it. Its dimensions are 12" H x 24" W x 12" D.... Correct? What replacement options are there? Tx!”

I also had the JEM31. I just replaced it with the GE Profile Series 11 Cu Ft MidSize Microwave Stainless SteelGray Model: PEM31SFSS SKU: 2557267 from Best Buy. It is very similar dimensions. I installed as a built in above the counter and had to also purchase JX827SFSS Built-in Trim kit as the old one was a little too small to fit. The new MW is very quite compared to the JEM31. I am very satisfied with it.
