“I purchased PEM31SFSS and trim kit JX827SFSS. it doe not fit my cut out. my cut out is W 25 1/2 with by 16 1/2. what would be the correct trim kit. it looks like the 30 in is the shame height.”

Although the trim kit is 16-1/2" tall, your microwave requires a cutout height of at most 15-1/8", therefore you'll need to make adjustments to your space in order for this microwave to fit.
