“It says to “reset filter”. Do I need to replace filter? If so, where do I get one and where does it go?”

• Hi Audreyog - Thanks for choosing GE Model # PVM9179DKBB! If your microwave was converted to recirculating (ventless) and not vented to the outside, the air will be recirculated through a disposable charcoal filter (WB02X35607 included) that helps remove smoke and odors. Filters can be purchased online at GEApplianceparts.com or call our GE Appliances Parts Team for assistance at 1-877-959-8688, Mon–Fri 8am–7pm, Sat 8:30am–5pm ET. The filter is not required if vented outdoors. You can simply reset the filter light.
